The work
I've spent the last five years in digital, focusing on project management, business analysis, and digital transformation delivery across product engineering environments.
I joined a digital product engineering startup in Pune where I wore both hats, managing project delivery and stepping into product ownership wherever the work needed it. That meant being involved from the discovery call all the way through to delivery: requirement gathering, feature definition, user stories, backlog management, sprint execution, stakeholder communication, and final sign-off. Not handed off at any stage.
I've operated inside agency teams managing enterprise client programmes, coordinating between global OEMs, Big 4 digital consultancies, and international creative networks.
More recently I've been building independently, designing and shipping AI-enabled workflow systems, automation pipelines, and digital products.
ExportChat is a Chrome extension with over 200 active users that resolves the lack of native export features on major AI platforms. I built and launched the tool to address a daily workflow bottleneck shared by many power users.
Patient-Led Health Awareness Platform is a digital health resource website for rare medical conditions in India. Built entirely from scratch, it includes secure content pipelines and privacy-first analytics, drawing organic traffic from the USA, UK, and Germany without paid acquisition.
The background
Before digital, I spent the first decade of my career in hospitality operations, including five years with a luxury hospitality group in Dubai, and a period consulting for HORECA businesses across India during the pandemic. Unglamorous, high-pressure work that taught me how to manage complexity, keep execution moving, and redesign broken processes under constraint.
That background is why I work the way I do.
The transition
I left Dubai in mid-2019 and moved to New Zealand in early 2020 to complete a Post Graduate in Business Administration at Auckland University of Technology. Then the pandemic hit.
Rather than wait it out, I spent that period consulting for HORECA businesses across India, helping restaurants, hotels, and catering operations restructure for curbside delivery, digitise their order workflows, and adapt fast enough to survive. One engagement was a restaurant in New Zealand. The rest were back home. It was unglamorous, urgent work. It also sharpened something I hadn't fully named yet: the ability to see where a process is broken and redesign it under constraint.
How I work
I work as an independent consultant. Since I do not delegate to account managers or junior associates, you will collaborate directly with the person executing the project.

Outside the work
