I work with founders, ops leaders, and agency teams to map the current state end-to-end, and design the right intervention. Sometimes that’s an automation pipeline. Sometimes it’s better project structure. Sometimes it’s removing three tools and replacing them with one.

The diagnostic engagement exists because not every problem needs a six-month retainer. Sometimes one focused session surfaces the clarity needed to move forward.

How Engagements Work

Diagnostic engagements are fixed-scope and time-bound. I map the current state, identify key interventions, and produce a brief for what needs to be built, or a recommendation not to build at all if that’s the honest answer.

No large retainer required to start. If the diagnostic leads to a build engagement, that’s scoped and priced separately.
