Strategy & Advisory
The most expensive mistake in operations is building the wrong thing. The second most expensive is automating a broken process, making it break faster.
Before any build, any tool selection, or any sprint planning, the problem needs to be properly understood. What’s actually slowing delivery down? Where is time being lost? What’s a process problem, what’s a tooling problem, and what’s a people problem? Process, tooling, and people issues are not the same question.
I work with founders, ops leaders, and agency teams to map the current state end-to-end, and design the right intervention. Sometimes that’s an automation pipeline. Sometimes it’s better project structure. Sometimes it’s removing three tools and replacing them with one.
The diagnostic engagement exists because not every problem needs a six-month retainer. Sometimes one focused session surfaces the clarity needed to move forward.
What This Covers
- Process mapping and bottleneck identification
- Tooling and workflow audit
- Automation readiness assessment
- Solution design: what to build, what to buy, what to cut
- Delivery framework recommendations
- Documentation of findings and proposed approach
Who This Is For
Founders and ops leaders who know something is broken but aren’t sure exactly what, or who want an outside view before committing to a build.
Agencies evaluating whether to take on a complex client project and needing a scoping partner.
Teams that have tried automation before and seen it fail, and want to understand why before trying again.
How Engagements Work
Diagnostic engagements are fixed-scope and time-bound. I map the current state, identify key interventions, and produce a brief for what needs to be built, or a recommendation not to build at all if that’s the honest answer.
No large retainer required to start. If the diagnostic leads to a build engagement, that’s scoped and priced separately.
Process Audit
Analyze your end-to-end workflows and tech stack to identify bottlenecks and evaluate automation feasibility.
Solution Blueprinting
Design structured workflows, sprint structures, and roadmap recommendations before committing capital or hiring resources.
